If there is a problem with the craftmanship of any our products, such as a candle not burning correctly when you burn it properly (see The proper way to take care of your candle) , please contact us and we will be glad to fix the issue. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are just not satisfied with the scent of a candle or item, we cannot refund or replace that item, so please, if you are unsure of a scent-order small.

Free shipping for orders over $100.00 is offered for retail orders only. Wholesale orders and shower favor orders (which already receive quantity discounts) are excluded from this offer.
